Butterfly Garden
This collection provides habitat for a variety for butterflies with both food and shelter for all stages of life. They provide varied flowering times with masses of gorgeous flowers in a range of colours. Butterflies prefer warm, sunny areas and appreciate shelter from high winds.

Alyssum - Sweet  - Foamy white, sweetly scented, early blooms on easy to grow versatile plants. Use in beds, borders or  containers. Flowers are edible. Sweet Alysum is a member of the mustard family. While not frost tolerant, sweet alyssum plants will self sow and can provide you with a returning display of glowing  white in milder climates. Great for a moon garden when planted in masses.

Butterfly Milkweed - Provides habitat for and attracts Butterfly's, Hummingbirds, Bees and other beneficial insects. Grows well in well-drained sandy soils producing brilliant orange flower bunches from June through August. Deer resistant and low maintenance plants.

Cosmo Mix - With this fabulous flower, it is easy to grow a mix of pink and white conversation pieces. Sporting its delicate tube-shaped petals and soft green,fern-like foliage creates an excellent backdrop or focal point for any garden.  Prefers poor soil conditions and shelter from strong winds.  Cosmos are great for cut flowers for their unique flowers and airy foliage.

Enjoy the citrus flavoured flowers in salads or as a garnish. Flowers all season long. Very easy to grow and care for and it's a fabulous focal point when planted in masses. Sweet Peas - This highly sought after mix produces many long-stemmed, large, sweetly scented blooms in near pure white, pink, red & purple colours on tall plants. Perfect choice for cutting. Sweet Peas can be planted early in Springs and enjoy having cool moist roots and sun for its leaves and flowers.  Cutting flowers will encourage blooms. Provide trellis support for the best result.
