Notes: Very reliable and easy to naturalize. These plants produce a mass of citrus smelling leaves and white daisy-like flowers with yellow centers, on multi-branched stems. Feverfew has a very long history in its medicinal uses, such as dispelling fevers and treating arthritis. Good cut flower filler and beneficial insect attractant. Feverfew is deer resistant and drought tolerant.


Instructions: Surface sow and barely cover. Germination is 7 to 14 days.


History: Feverfew has been used to stimulate appetite, improve digestion and kidney function. Helps ward off headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, arthritis and inflammation.

Savory - Winter  - Attractive and edible. Use as a miniature shrub or border plant in rock gardens and herb beds. Produces tiny delicate white and pink flowers. Great for soups, stews, flavouring meats and for medicinal purposes. Plant in moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Provide plenty of moisture until well established.   German Chamomile - Best variety for teas and salves.  In the vegetable and herb garden, Chamomile is a good companion plant for basil, onion, cabbage and cucumbers. It also is known to increase the oil quality of other herbs planted around it. It's bright cheery flowers brighten up any garden. Commonly used in moon gardens for the glow they show off from the moonlight.   Chervil - Great fresh or frozen. Difficult to find in stores. Use this parsley flavoured, quick growing plant as a late addition to cooked foods. 
Cool season plant that is sown in early Spring or late Summer for overwintering.
